Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Digital products (courses, downloads) are available immediately after payment confirmation.

Shipping carriers & delivery times We ship via our logistics partner network (MK Logistic / Boxtal). Estimated delivery times:

• Belgium: 5-7 business days
• France & neighboring EU countries: 5-7 business days
• Rest of EU: 7-9 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. 

Order tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel directly via the carrier's website.

Customs & duties (non-EU) For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Digital products No shipping applies. Access is granted immediately after purchase via your account or email link.
